Service scope and packages

Agai Marketing provides custom product-video creative and separately agreed marketing services. Starter Pack is $129.99 one time for 3 ads across 1 product. Growth Content is $449.99 per month for 12 ads across up to 3 products. Agency Partner is $799.99 per month for 24 ads across up to 6 products. Each production package includes 15 to 25 second vertical videos and one revision round per video. Video production packages cover the stated creative work and final delivery. You handle publishing and promotion. No sales commission applies. Full-Service Marketing, service fees, and client-funded advertising budgets are agreed separately. Prices are in USD. Stripe displays the amount due before payment. An inquiry does not place an order; production requires a confirmed payment, complete brief and usable materials.

Production timing

Starter Pack first drafts: approximately one week for all three videos after payment, a complete brief, and usable product files are received. Final delivery follows customer review and the included revision round.

Growth Content and Agency Partner first drafts are delivered in weekly batches during the paid month. The production plan confirms each batch and the materials needed.

Timing is approximate. We will contact you if missing information, feedback or production issues affect the schedule.

Monthly billing and cancellation

Growth Content and Agency Partner renew monthly at the stated package price until canceled. Manage billing through your private project or contact support before the next renewal.

Cancel a monthly plan before its next renewal to stop the next charge. Your service continues through the month already paid for.

Unused monthly videos carry into your next paid month. They remain part of the original paid allowance and are not counted twice. Videos already in production will still be completed.

Additional videos or work outside the agreed scope require a separate agreed quote. There are no automatic overage charges.

Refunds

For Starter Pack, a full refund is available before production starts. For Growth Content and Agency Partner, this applies separately to each paid month: a full refund is available before that month’s production starts. Once production has started, refund requests for the package or paid month are reviewed individually. Contact support@agaimarket.com with your project reference. This does not limit rights that apply under law.

Review, revisions and delivery

Review each draft for product details, claims, wording and visuals. One consolidated revision round per video is included for changes within the agreed brief. Additional rounds or new creative scope are quoted separately before work starts. Your approval applies to the version shown. Final delivery follows approval; save your final files during the access period.

Product files and final videos remain available for 90 days after final delivery. Download your completed videos within that period. Contact support@agaimarket.com for access or removal requests.

Your materials and usage permissions

You must have permission to provide product assets, trademarks, footage and likenesses for the requested work. Product claims require evidence and review. Third-party music, avatar and other asset permissions, required disclosures and final usage rights must be confirmed for your project. AI-assisted scenes receive human review; an AI presenter is not represented as a customer who personally tested the product.

Separately agreed marketing work

Publishing, paid advertising management, full-service marketing and custom production require an agreed scope. Advertising budgets and marketing management fees are separate from the production package. We do not start ads or publish to your social accounts without authorization.

Full-Service Marketing follows a custom agreement plus a 7% commission on qualifying product sales attributed through agreed Agai Marketing promotional links or tracking codes. Commission applies only while we handle the agreed marketing or promotional distribution work. No qualifying tracked sales means no additional sales commission.

Video-only creation and delivery carry no commission. Unrelated business sales are excluded. Refunded, canceled, and fraudulent purchases, taxes, and shipping charges are excluded. A written marketing agreement defines the promotional scope, tracking method, attribution window, qualifying sales, and payment schedule. Separately agreed service fees and client-funded advertising budgets also apply where specified.

Portfolio and results

Featured portfolio videos are fictional Demo Concepts, not client campaigns or evidence of sales. We do not guarantee views, sales, revenue or other campaign results.

Questions and additional agreements

Contact us before ordering if you need a different scope, accessibility support or clarification of these terms. A separately agreed written project scope may provide additional terms for custom work. These terms do not remove rights that apply under law.
