Information you share

We collect the contact and business details, package selection, product brief, references and materials you provide when asking about or purchasing our services. Uploaded files may include product photos, videos, brand assets and usage permissions. Provide only information and materials you are authorized to share.

Accounts and orders

We use your verified email to provide sign-in codes, recover project access and show orders linked to that email. Private browser cookies maintain account and project access. Order records include the selected package, payment references and status, paid video allowances, approvals, revision requests and delivery history. Stripe processes payment details; Agai does not collect or store card numbers.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, confirm and fulfill orders, review product accuracy and permissions, provide private delivery, handle billing and refund requests, and protect the service. Essential emails include sign-in codes, receipts and project updates. An inquiry or purchase does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service providers and private files

Sites and Cloudflare provide website infrastructure. Supabase provides account services, private records and product-media storage; earlier inquiry photos may remain in private Cloudflare storage. Stripe handles checkout and billing. Resend delivers essential emails and delivery notifications. These providers process information needed for their services. Keep private file links to yourself; anyone who receives an unexpired link may be able to open that file.

Delivery access and retention

Product files and final videos remain available for 90 days after final delivery. Download your completed videos within that period. Contact support@agaimarket.com for access or removal requests.

The download window does not promise automatic deletion of every record. We retain project and business records while needed to provide the service, address support or refund requests, meet accounting or legal duties and resolve disputes. Removal requests are reviewed before action; some records may need to be retained for those purposes.

Your requests

Email support@agaimarket.com to request access, correction or removal of your information. Include your project reference where available. We verify identity before releasing or changing private information. You can also request removal of uploaded product files from your project workspace.

Cookies and service protection

Essential cookies support private account and project sessions. Submission times and a daily hashed network identifier help prevent spam and abuse. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Children

This business service is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Family-product creative is directed to adult buyers.
